Royals Places Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Agreement: By booking a property through Royals Places, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This rental agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the guest) and Royals Places (the rental agency).
2. Booking and Payment: To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your arrival. Failure to make payment in accordance with the agreed-upon terms may result in cancellation of your reservation.
3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is [insert time], and check-out time is [insert time]. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Any additional fees associated with early check-in or late check-out will be communicated to you in advance.
4. Property Use and Occupancy: The rental property is to be used solely for vacation or short-term accommodation purposes by the registered guests. Subletting or assigning the property to any other party is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Royals Places.
5. House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules and regulations outlined in the property listing and provided upon check-in. This includes but is not limited to noise restrictions, maximum occupancy limits, and smoking policies. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
6. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any damages or additional charges incurred during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded in full within [insert number] days of check-out, provided that no damages or violations of the rental agreement have occurred.
7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made [insert number] days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the rental fees, minus the non-refundable deposit. 10. Governing Law: This rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Negril, Jamaica.
